Every program is assigned a Program Manager who is responsible for program performance. The Program Manager has direct access to the highest levels of company management, including the General Manager. The Program Manager acts as the focal point for interfacing with the customer and facilitates team communication.
Curtiss-Wright's highly responsive organizational structure provides for close management of all project activities and agile decision making. This structure enables us to react quickly to changes or problems and ensures that upper management is fully aware of key project activities. This is accomplished through both formal and informal processes. Our team approach ensures that project team members have full authority to accomplish their tasks. It also ensures that the project team interacts with senior company management on a daily basis. This provides an elevated level of communication and visibility not found in larger organizations. Additionally, it enables team members to better leverage the wealth of technical and business experience of our senior managers.

Program Management Capabilities

The Integrated Master Plan (IMP) is an event-driven plan that describes the events, significant accomplishments, and criteria needed to complete the tasks.

A set of proactive risk management tools that provide our customers with insight into the program development process and all associated risks, including technical, schedule, and cost risks.

We have the expert knowledge to generate all of the data items required for large defense and aerospace programs.

The EVMS system uses the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as its foundation.

Typically proposed when a complex system is being ordered, or if an order contains items for which significant development effort is required.

The Program Management personnel at Curtiss-Wright employ industry-standard management and reporting processes that cover the requirements of a broad segment of its customers.
