FAQ/072 PGS Ground Replay Software: PN/010000XXX (all versions): When trying to run PGS software, why do I get an error message E0002?

PGS is dongle-protected. You need to have the matched dongle installed in the PC, otherwise, PGS will not run. The message E0002 is displayed when the user launches a protected version of PGS, when the Sentinel driver (the driver of the dongle) is not installed. Store the dongle in a safe place so that you do not lose it.

 

FAQ/073 PGS Ground Replay Software: PN/010000XXX (all versions): When trying to run PGS software, why do I get an error message E0007?

To avoid error code E0007 during installation, you need to install DirectX 9.0C which is included in the PGS software package. After installing DirectX 9.0C, re-boot your PC before trying to run PGS.

 

FAQ/074 PGS Ground Replay Software: PN/010000XXX (all versions): When trying to run PGS software, why do I get an error message E0047?

PGS is dongle-protected. You need to have the matched dongle installed in the PC, otherwise, PGS will not run. Error message E0047 will be displayed if you try to run PGS without installing the dongle. Store the dongle in a safe place so that you do not lose it.
