Designing with FMCs: A different thought process

FPGAs offer unmatched processing and I/O bandwidth. The FPGA mezzanine card standard (VITA 57) handles the high-end I/O. This low level interface provides simple and direct transfer of I/O directly to the FPGA. Planning ahead and considering driver development enables easier implementation.
