The ACD/BAC/011 is an electroless nickel-plated, aluminum backshell for use with KAD module DD mating cable connectors.

The part consists of a body and a lid. It is supplied with two 4-40 UNC stainless steel captive jackscrews, two stainless steel captive lid screws, and a cable clamp saddle bar with two slot head screws.

  • For use with KAD 52-way Double-Density (DD) connectors such as CON/KAD/002/CP
  • Easier cable harness assembly with removable lid
  • Captive thumbscrews for hand tightening or torque drivers
  • Adjustable cable entry clamp up to 160 mm2
  • Internal shield wire termination
  • Reduced height

Applications

  • Use with cables and mating connectors on Acra KAM-500 and Axon modules
