The SYS-C365 compact, rugged Power Architecture-based processing system provides the customer with a flexible array of I/O's and standard communication channels supporting various protocols. The SYS-C365 integrated system comes fully configured with a three-slot 3U CompactPCI (cPCI) backplane supporting a DCP-124 NXP Power Architecture single board computer (SBC), a DPMC-601 MIL-STD-1553 module, a dedicated discrete I/O module, and a modular power supply. The VxWorks 6.5-based system allows customers to write their own application software. The SYS-C365 COTS integrated system has been designed, tested and qualified to meet rugged industrial and military applications over an operating temperature range from -40 to +71 degree C, with specific emphasis on avionic requirements. Data can be recorded on internal flash memory and accessed by both USB and Ethernet. The integrated system has a spare 3U cPCI slot available for user configuration allowing additional functionality to be added as part of a customized version of the system.
The SYS-C365 uses the Wind River VxWorks 6.5 real-time operating system. This versatile environment facilitates development of custom application software.

Common application platforms for these integrated systems include vetronics and avionics processing systems.
