270 V to 28 V DC, power supply module
The PSM-6204-1 is a miniature, high density, high efficiency DC/DC power supply. It is designed to interface with power systems providing voltages nominally at 270 VDC and provide regulated 28 VDC voltage output to airborne flight test instrumentation (FTI) equipment.
The PSM-6204-1 provides up to 400 W to a 28 V system and operates at a fixed switching frequency with option for external synchronization, remote sense, and on/off Inhibit control.
The line/load/temperature regulation is +/-1%, from no load to full load between -55 °C and +85 °C, across the input voltage range. The PSM-6204-1 provides protections for short-circuit, over-voltage, and over-temperature (for base-plate temperature above 105 °C, with autorecovery for base-plate temperature below 95 °C).
The PSM-6204-1 meets EMI/EMC per MIL-STD-461F and environmental requirements per MIL-STD-810G.
