ReVAMP - Virtualization for Real-Time Systems Video

Northrop Grumman Real-time Virtualization And Modernized Protection (ReVAMP) enables virtualization for real-time systems. Curtiss-Wright is collaborating with Northrop Grumman to bring ReVAMP technology to the embedded avionics market. Using ReVAMP, Curtiss-Wright customers can now protect their software investment by virtualizing their VMEbus module and other embedded platforms, supplied by Curtiss-Wright, and then migrating that software to a contemporary VME or OpenVPX module.

Video Transcript

Real-time Virtualization and Modernized Protection, or ReVAMP, is a universal computer. It integrates with new, existing, or virtualized equipment and allows the addition of new capabilities. ReVAMP runs unmodified mission software in operational weapons systems, labs, or simulations. Offensive and defensive cyber, reverse engineering support, and running faster or slower than real-time all become possible with ReVAMP. ReVAMP minimizes the dependencies on underlying hardware and simplifies the transfer of virtualized systems to new hardware. ReVAMP - virtualization for real-time systems. Bringing the past into the future.
